Polls have been of questionable utility long before Obama’s Democrats weaponized and politicized everything.  Bias in the wording of questions, weighting the responses and other tricks have to be taken in account in order to access the accuracy of the poll results. All of which is hard work, something MSM journalists have no time for and even less interest in doing.

When it comes to polls published by the mainstream media, who can forget the long list of polls that said the Donald Trump had less than a snowballs chance in hell of winning the election.

Just like a citizen of the Soviet Union knew, when the news mentions something that doesn’t fit the narrative – you know something is up. There is a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll of registered voters in which they claim:

Asked whether Democratic candidates’ approaches to the issues “are generally in the mainstream of most Americans’ thinking, or are generally out of step with most Americans’ thinking,” 56 percent said they are “out of step” and just one-third said they are “in the mainstream.”

These days when I bother to look over a poll, I assume that the bad news is exaggerated by 50% and the results in favor of the Democrats have been weighted, at least, 50% if not more. Given that, there is a good chance that close to three quarters (75%) of registered voters think that the views of Democratic candidates are not in the mainstream of American thinking.

Why would the Democratic leadership allow the MSM to let the cat out of the bag? My guess is that they know fully well that, even in today’s environment, being upfront about their preference for socialism is a tough sell to the American people.

The poll comes as the Democrats’ left wing has continued to grow in prominence, putting moderates and the party establishment on the defensive. Self-proclaimed democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez scored the upset of the year by knocking out incumbent and No. 4 Democrat in the House Joe Crowley in a New York congressional primary in June.

We have a chance to take back America – Get out and vote MAGA….
